Cathy is an honors graduate of the University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, Florida where she was an instructor in Appellate Advocacy, Legal Research and Writing, and was a Member of the Moot Court Team. She was a Prosecutor on the Student Honor Court, and the Research Assistant to the Professors who taught Intellectual Property and Torts/Remedies. Cathy helped to develop the curriculum for the Law School's new seminar in Art Law and assisted the Torts Professor in updating his Torts Textbook used by First year Law Students nationwide. She grew up in Fort Lauderdale and loves the Florida Gators, and, of course, the beach.

Cathy was honored at the University of Florida by being selected for Florida Blue Key Leadership Honorary, and the University of Florida Hall of Fame. She graduated with high honors from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business, with a concentration in Finance.

Cathy worked in Miami for Kenny Nachwalter, a commercial litigation boutique powerhouse, before heading to Princeton.

Cathy was named one of New Jersey's Best 50 Women in Business by NJBIZ Newspaper (2006 Inaugural Class). She cares a lot about her local community, in particular as a role model and mentor to young women and girls.
